Posted by autumnseave in : Ramblings , add a commentI haven’t written anything much about Angeline Jolie lately. I guess because she’s all mommied in the media. Don’t get me wrong. I’m happy for her that she found the man of her dreams and has the big happy family. Somehow though, I can’t help but wondering if she’s misses her old life. You know, when she ran around doing what she wanted when wanted, telling the media to go fuck themselves, snogging in public, and doing some really raunchy movie scenes. I miss those days.
You know, she’s still hot but I miss the old Angie. I still watch her Tomb Raider movies and Firefox when I need a little fix of the old Angie - pre-kids and hubby!

Posted by autumnseave in : Ramblings , add a commentWhen I was young (very young but I’m not going to say exactly how young) my mom was a HUGE Richard Gere fan. And I guess she kind of passed that on to me. I’ve been watching Richard Gere before I was old enough to know exactly how hot he was and still is. And the first movie I saw him in was Breathless. And yes, my mom let me watch the entire thing.
My mom was of the belief that there was nothing wrong with sexuality. We were allowed to see movies with T&A but not movies that were violent or had anything to do with demons. As a result, I never saw any of the Haloween movies or any of the Freddie movies but I did see movies like Breathless, Porky’s, Revenge of the Nerds, etc.
Anyway, I’ve been thinking about this movie lately and decided to see if I could find anything interesting on youtube. This is the best I could come up with. I think I’m going to need to go and rent it.

Sometimes it’s just curiousity and other times it is so you can further optimize your site and increase it’s rank in the search engines. So I look at how people are finding Inky Blue Allusions quite often. Pretty much everyday to be exact.
Most of it is pretty expected. Like these ones:

I don’t have a story about them, I don’t have an affiliate membership (do they have one?) and I don’t have them even in my Links section. So where the hell are those searches coming from? I can’t even find IBA in the sites that come up when I do search for it myself.
So what’s up with that?

Posted by autumnseave in : Ramblings , add a commentHave you ever wished that you had more time for all the things you want to do? Sometimes I think that having a job - a day job with a boss I mean - just holds me back. But of course, that day job is what pays the bills.
One of the things that I am really fascinated with lately is sex blogging. I don’t mean blogging like this where I can write whenever I want and whatever I want. I mean blogging with the intent of making money - promoting other sites. I’ve been really into it lately and have discovered some new ways to make it more efficient but I still don’t have time to do as much of it as I would like to. I currently have two handwritten blogs and ? about 8 RSS fed sponsor blogs. Strangely enough I do the posts for one of the sponsor fed blogs but I figure I might as well put those to best use. The key in this type of blogging is to have lots of blogs - some “splogs” (the sponsor fed ones) and some handwritten blogs. I’m working at it.
I’d also love to have time to write for more clients. I currently have two clients that I write for regularly and provide me with a tidy little extra income that I’ve come to expect. I enjoy the work. I see other writing opportunities that I know I could get hired with but I just don’t have time to do it all.
Then there’s friends and family. I’d love to be able to spend more time hanging out, playing with my kids, listening to them chat about their school life and such (and strangely enough they are actually doing that a lot more often). I’d like to be able to take them away to places for vacation and just have fun with them. But time seems so rare.
I’d love to have time to decorate my apartment the way I’d like to.
More time would be wonderful. I know that everyone almost feels like there is not enough time but I wish I could do something about it you know? I hate having to say, “I just don’t have the time!”

Posted by autumnseave in : Ramblings , add a commentI am so insulted. I posted a story at this site called Lush Stories because I thought that it would be a good way to promote Inky Blue Allusions. It came up first - or very close to the top anyway - in a search for erotic stories and it has a nice design and I generally liked the site so I figured what the heck right? So, I posted the first of the Office Masturbation series. And someone actually commented that the story was very similar to a story they’d seen on the site.
I really think that before people accuse someone of plaigerism they need to put a little thought into it. I mean that could put doubts into other people’s minds and that really freaks me out. And then of course, it makes me worry that someone else has posted my story and is claiming it as their own. I mean, it’s not like that is a rare occurance on the net right?
So, ya, I’m really freaked out and insulted and … well, I’m sure you know!
Ever Have One of Those Days? January 6, 2008

Or in my case, writing about it. I originally started Inky Blue Allusions because writing erotica was fun. And when I get a chance to write it for myself it still is fun. But the money is in my text providing - Torrid Text Content - and I find it is really easy to get new work and once a client likes your work they just keep giving you more. Yes, that’s a good thing. But remember, I still work a day job so that means my evening and weekends are filled with writing porn text. I can’t say I hate it but I think I’m burning out. Maybe I need to take a holiday. LOL - I wish.
So I’m having one of those days when I’d love to just ignore everything and everybody for awhile. And I’m feeling that way much too often these days.
I need a nap.

I finally bought a domain for Torrid Text Content and now webmasters and bloggers needing content can find us at our new home. I thrilled to have a space for it. While I was at it I put enough cash into my account so I can get another domain but I don’t know what I want yet. I’m not sure if I want to do another adult based thing or if I want to start a mainstream site. And if I do mainstream I have to decide on what the topic should be. Anyone have any suggestions on something that is hot these days?
